Hi,

I was just talking to my roommate and asking her what are we having this year for that night. She works during the day and my family doesn't celebrate T-day, not too mention they live in a different state.

But i plan to make something for us that night. Still don't have a menu planned, looking and should have something soon.

Thanxs for linking to my blog and yes i will be using some of the sites listed, to find something veggie delish to make.

Take Care,
Missy.

so true. thanksgiving has never been my favorite either, even before i was vegetarian. but between potatoes, corn, veggies, and pie, i usually do ok. there are a TON of great vegetarian, vegan, and raw "autumn" foods out there, so this is a much less challenging thing than most people think.

Yes that can be a challenge. I live in a different city than my family so I get to avoid those big turkey dinners. I do love sharing yummy raw vegan foods at potlucks or other dinners I attend. And they always get gobbled right up. Time permitting I'll make up recipe cards of whatever I make. people love that. And if you are lucky next time you show up someone will make your dish and you can bring a new one. Then you have 2 things to eat :)

Good Luck
