Weight loss in the real world
I love this recent article from Women’s Health, Nutrition rules you don’t have to follow.
As someone who works until 7:00 PM at least one day a week, this was my favorite debunked rule:
“The advice: Shut the kitchen down after 7 p.m. to prevent weight gain.
Why it’s useless: After a long day at the office and a trip to the gym, you either eat dinner at 9:30 or starve.”
What common nutrition advice is completely impractical in your world?
